Raising a Complaint

Complains can be sent in by submitting a ticket or emailing complaints@rhnetworks.co.uk

Upon emailing or submitting a complaint you will be issued with a unique ticket ID. For further communication regarding the complaint you must ensure this ID is included in the subject or body of the email.

If you were to call regarding a complaint you must quote the ID as described above.

All complaints will be dealt with by management.
